4. Payments and In-App Purchases
Certain services require payment. All transactions are processed by Apple (In-App Purchase) and are subject to Apple's terms. Prices are displayed in the App and may change. By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated amount. All sales are final, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policy and applicable law.
5. Intellectual Property
- The App, its design, code, logos, and all related content are the exclusive property of Wuhan Yufa Elephant Law Consulting Co., Ltd or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
- If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use them for improving our services.
